Premier International School is proud to shine a spotlight on one of its outstanding students, Muhammed Aminu Abubakar, who has brought great pride to the school by emerging as the third-place winner in the 2024 KCHI First National Essay Competition.

This prestigious competition, which drew participation from talented young writers across Nigeria, challenged students to think critically, express their ideas creatively, and communicate their thoughts with clarity and purpose. Muhammed rose to this challenge with exceptional grace. His essay was praised for its originality, depth of insight, and thoughtful structure — characteristics that set his work apart in a highly competitive field.

As part of his recognition, Muhammed was awarded a Certificate of Excellence and a prize reward, both of which were presented during a special recognition ceremony held at the school. The event was attended by senior school leadership, teachers, and students, all of whom turned out in celebration of this important achievement.

The moment Muhammed received his award was one filled with joy and inspiration. He stood confidently yet humbly before the school community, offering a few words of gratitude and sharing a glimpse into his writing journey. Teachers who had mentored him spoke with pride about his growth as a student and his ability to take initiative, engage deeply with ideas, and communicate with purpose.

What makes this achievement particularly special is that it reflects the values we uphold at Premier International School — academic excellence, independent thinking, and a passion for lifelong learning. Muhammed’s success is not only a personal victory but also a reflection of the support, guidance, and rigorous academic environment that Premier provides.

This achievement has inspired his peers, many of whom expressed renewed interest in writing and academic competitions. It has also affirmed the efforts of our dedicated teachers who consistently go above and beyond to nurture the full potential of every student.

We celebrate Muhammed not just for his award, but for the character, curiosity, and commitment that got him there. We look forward to many more achievements in his journey and those of other students who continue to rise and shine.

Congratulations, Muhammed Aminu Abubakar — your Premier family is incredibly proud of you.
